About the event
Neal Hurst, Curator of the Department of Textiles and Costumes at Colonial Williamsburg Foundation, will be the speaker for the 26th Petite Antiques Forum presented by the Friends of Magnolia Mound on January 29, 2026 in Baton Rouge, Louisiana.
Mr. Hurst’s topic will be “The Art of Dressing: Clothing Men and Women 1770- 1820”. Attendees will learn about the exceptional historic textile collection in Colonial Williamsburg.
The one-day forum will also feature luncheon at the Baton Rouge Country Club and tours of two historic private homes that are not open to the public.
